It is in relishing moments like these that bring memories to David and Tracey Coddington of their decision to move to Mendocino County 30 years ago. They both wanted to pursue their life long passions of homesteading from the ground up and of raising their children in a harmonious community atmosphere. Their dreams included growing organic gardens and orchards, being creative with their hands and imaginations, and living in a healthy environment. Being lovers of the outdoors they enjoy the many opportunities to interact with their environment: hiking, fishing, ocean diving, boating or just be present in the beauty of Mendocino's natural world. Together David and Tracey combine their talents to introduce and educate buyers to the Mendocino Coast real estate market. Having lived in the county for so many years, they know this area better than almost anyone and use their insider's perspective to the advantage of their many contented clients. For buyers who haven't lived in rural areas, it is essential to call upon David and Tracey's 30 years of living in Mendocino County. For Sellers, they provide the best possible service and market exposure in property sales. With steady correspondence, they keep their clients well informed of market trends, current conditions and available properties. Their goal is to combine their attention to detail in real estate with their experience in building and developing properties. They enjoy introducing people to the wholesomely dynamic Mendocino lifestyle and the exceptional community that they feel blessed to call home. I am a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Coastal Mendocino Association of Realtors, where I have served as Membership Director, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I was appointed by both Mendocino County supervisors Liz Henry and Patti Campbell to serve on the Mendocino County Community Development Commission to assist low income people, senior citizens and college students in the county with affordable housing. As a Notary Public, I also do free notary services at the local hospital for persons unable to come to my office. For six years I served on the Fort Bragg Planning Commission where I learned a great deal about the permitting process and land use. In 1994, I had a "speaking role" playing the part of a real estate agent in a movie filmed in Mendocino, "The Haunting of Sea Cliff Inn" with Ally Sheedy, Billy Moses and Louise Fletcher of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" fame. I have also appeared in a few TV commercials. I have one daughter, who went all through the Mendocino school system and is currently teaching at the middle school here, and am a proud grandma of a two year old granddaughter. In addition to real estate, I have just had my first book published, "A Mendocino Mystery" featuring a female private detective in the village of Mendocino. It is available in the local book stores and on the internet. If you want a REALTOR who is involved in the community, has been a consistent

In my wildest dreams I never thought I’d ever be a Real Estate agent. But a dear friend who is an investor in the Real Estate market coaxed me into getting my license so that I could work with her. It is a business I stumbled into and I find myself being grateful to her for I've found a way to make a living that I enjoy, and sing on the side (which is my other life and love!) Very familiar with Anderson Valley as well as the Mendocino Coast, I enjoy working to find just what you want in a home or investment. I am a member of the Coastal Mendocino Association of Realtors, where I serve on the Board of Directors as Educational Chair. I am also a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Cell phone #707-217-1903
